THE SEVENTH DOCTOR

Serial 7D - Time and the Rani [1 - 4]

• The Sixth Doctor regenerates into the Seventh Doctor.
• The Doctor tells Mel that: "You don't understand regeneration, Mel. It's a lottery, and I've drawn the short plank."
• The Rani share the age 953.
• The Doctor names a number of personalities, including Elvis as never existing if the Rani's plans come to fruition in "Time & the Rani."

Serial 7E - Paradise Towers [1 - 4]

• The TARDIS is graffitied.

Serial 7F - Delta and the Bannermen [1 - 3]

• Delta is portrayed as the last Chimeron, with the rest being wiped out by the Bannermen.  The episode ends with hope of the continuation of the race.
• The Doctor used an anti-gravity spiral to control the descent of a space-bus as it crash into the Earth in "Delta and the Bannermen."
• A sonic cone is used.

Serial 7G - Dragonfire [1 - 3]

• First appearance of Ace, the Doctor's new companion.
• The Seventh Doctor faces a biomechanical dragon.
• Last appearance of Mel.
