• Sarah Jane Smith mentions Tribophysics.
• A race called the Osirans built pyramids on Mars and on Earth to use as receivers
• The Doctor survives being choked by a Space Mummy (Osirian Service Robot) using his Respiratory Bypass System.
• Gallifrey is first named as being in the constellation of Kasterborous and having the coordinates 10.0.11.00:02
• The Doctor suspected that  Sutekh had gone by many names including Satan.
• The Doctor claims that Queen Victoria traveled with him.

Serial 4K - The Brain of Morbius [1 - 4]

• The first onscreen appearance of the planet Karn.  The Doctor notes that he was born near Karn (within a couple of billion miles).  The Doctor noted that there had once been a civilisation on the planet until Morbius and his armies destroyed it in an attempt to gain the Exiler of Life.
• The first appearance of the Sisterhood of Karn.  They believed that the Time Lords were the only race that matched their mind power.
• The Doctor refers to the dead humanoid insect as a "Mutt."
