THE SECOND DOCTOR

"The Ice Warriors" (Doctor Who (1963) Season 5)

  • Set sometime on future Earth during a new ice age, scientists discover a Martian warrior in a glacier.  The "ioniser" used by the scientists end up causing an explosion that kills the Martian and destroys his craft.


"The Seeds of Doom" (Doctor Who (1963) Season 6)

  • Ice Warriors commandeer a moonbase.


"The Seeds of Doom" (Doctor Who (1963) Season 6)

  • The Doctor uses the Ice Warriors as one of his examples of evil he has fought.

THE THIRD DOCTOR

"The Mind of Evil" (Doctor Who Season 8)

  • A device called "The Keller Machine" is used to fill the Doctor's mind with visions of his old enemies, including the Ice Warriors.


"The Curse of Peladon" (Doctor Who Season 9)

  • A pair of Ice Warriors are representatives of Mars when Peladon attempts to join the Galactic Federation.


"The Monster of Peladon" (Doctor Who Season 11)

  • The Galactic Federation sends a force of Ice Warriors to Peladon guarantee trisilicate production.



The Ice Warriors have since appeared in Doctor Who (2005).
