Serial 4V - The Horror of Fang Rock [1 - 4]
- Takes place in 1902.
- The Doctor tries to take Leela to Brighton, but the TARDIS takes them to Fang Rock instead.

The Fourth Doctor, Leela & K9 Mark I
Serial 4T - The Invisible Enemy [1 - 4]
- Clones of the Doctor and Leela are made and shrunk, entering the Doctor to cure an infection.
- K-9 was created by Professor Marius in the year 5000 as a companion while working on asteroid K4067. When leaving the asteroid he gave the robot dog to the Fourth Doctor.
- When Leela is checking the Doctor in she states that he comes from Gallifrey. The receptionist asks if that is in Ireland, to which Leela replies: "I guess so."
- The Doctor mentions that his brain is more complex than a human's.

Serial 4Y - Underworld [1 - 4]
- The Doctor denied suggesting the Trojan Horse to the Greeks.

Serial 4Z - The Invasion of Time [1 - 6]
- The Sontarans attempt - and nearly succeeded in - invading Gallifrey.
- Leela and K-9 Mark I stay on Gallifrey.
- The Doctor attempted to open a secret door with his sonic but was unable to.
- Chancellor Borusa found a copy of The Daily Mail the Fourth Doctor owned. The Doctor promised he wasn't responsible for it sinking.
