  • [OLD] Sarah Jane Smith - Sarah Jane Smith was companion to the Third and Fourth Doctors (From "The Time Warriors" (Season 11) to "The Hand of Fear" (Season 14).)  She was given her own K-9 unit in the K-9 & Company pilot "A Girl's Best Friend."  She returned to the Doctor's side in "The Five Doctors" and the New Who episode "School Reunion."
  • [OLD]  Sonic Device - Sarah Jane has sonic lipstick, like the Doctor's sonic screwdriver.

  • [SJA] Uvodni - The previous episode was the first appearance of this race.
  • [NEW] Slabs - Automatons, which are, according to the Doctor, made entirely of leather.  In "Smith & Jones" the Plasmavore had two.

  • [OLD] UNIT Training - Sarah Jane was a journalist who infiltrated UNIT and began to work with "John Smith," UNIT's unpaid scientist adviser.  She infiltrated UNIT in the Third Doctor story "The Time Warrior" (Season 11) and last appeared with them in the Fourth Doctor story "Seeds of Doom" (Season 13).

  • [NEW]  Krillitanes - One of the images Mr Smith shows are the aliens that appeared in the new Who episode "School Reunion."


  • [1ST] Dragon Nebula -  Is part of the diffuse nebula that surrounds Gamma-Cygnus, the center of the Cygnus Constellation.
